Grace Haven Health respects the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided by or on behalf of those who apply for an employment position with the Agency. Personal information includes recorded information about an identifiable individual, including an individual’s name, email address, phone number, employment history, and educational history that may be contained in a resumé or other document provided for our consideration. Our policy is to follow the principles governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information set out in Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
